Nick is a genuine, compassionate, transparent, and solution-focused psychologist who values empathy and collaboration. His commitment to his clients is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can gain greater self-awareness and empowerment, enabling them to take steps towards living more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Clinically Nick provides assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, difficulties related to self-esteem and managing emotions, relationship difficulties, sexual dysfunction, LGBTQIA+ issues and executive burnout. Nick also has a special interest in men’s mental health, focusing on improving mental health literacy and reducing barriers to accessing mental health support for men. Nick's approach to treatment is integrative and individualised, drawing on evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Nick is also the founder of Men's Life Psychology, a clinic he established with a clear mission: to create a space where every man feels understood, supported, and guided toward meaningful change and improved well-being. Recognising that men can have unique experiences and challenges, Men's Life Psychology is built on the principles of genuine understanding of men's mental health, practical, solution-focused, and evidence-based expert care. Nick is passionate about helping men navigate life's challenges through personalised plans and a collaborative approach, all in a safe and supportive environment. Beyond psychology, Nick has an extensive international Human Resources career spanning over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. He has led HR teams and partnered with the C-Suite and Boards in several well-known organisations, including CoreLogic, ING, IKEA, and Federal and State Governments. His track record includes driving organisational growth, delivering transformational change, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing effective strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent. He is also an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach, facilitator and trainer.
